Matthew Rebus is engaged in a diverse corporate practice specialising in mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, private equity, venture capital, securities, structured finance and securitization. Matthew regularly advises public and private clients on a diverse set of market leading transactions, including strategic acquisitions and divestment strategies, corporate governance, complex corporate reorganizations and material commercial agreements.

  • Matthew works closely with clients who range from large sophisticated institutional clients to high-growth and start-up companies on an array of unique matters.

    Matthew is a graduate of the combined JD and Honors Business Administration program at the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Law and Richard Ivey School of Business where he completed an exchange at the National University of Singapore.
