  • Represented big-box retailer in defense of EEOC suit alleging nationwide pattern and practice of discrimination and retaliation.

  • Represented separate big-box retailer in defense of purported FLSA collective action.

  • Represented SaaS company in defense of FLSA action.

  • Represented healthcare company in defense of commissions claim brought by former employee.

  • Represented K1 Capital in more than 70 platform and bolt-on acquisitions of technology and tech-enabled companies.

  • Represented Roark Capital Group, Greater Sum Ventures, Mainsail Partners, and Serent Capital in more than 75 platform and bolt-on acquisitions largely in industry-specific SaaS technology companies, including those in the automotive, trucking, sanitation, aviation, fitness, healthcare, education, communication intelligence, food and beverage, and property operations sectors.
