About

Jill is a distinguished civil litigator and one of the founding partners of Pierson Ferdinand LLP, which launched on January 2, 2024, as the largest law firm launch in US history. As Global General Counsel for one of the fastest-growing law firms in the world, Jill is responsible for overseeing the legal compliance and risk management strategies for the Firm’s global offices. She collaborates closely with the Firm’s C-Suite and attorneys to ensure the highest level of professional conduct and legal compliance within the Firm. She provides strategic risk management, ethics, and legal compliance advice to the Firm, handles internal investigations, and advises on issues related to global professional responsibility and ethics.
