Tim provides general counsel and transaction-specific legal services to emerging and established companies in various technology and other commercial products industries. With his broad experience as general counsel and in-house counsel for public and private companies (as well as with AmLaw 100 and 200 law firms, including as chair of an AmLaw 200 Corporate practice group), Tim takes a C-suite team-member approach to advising clients with business practicalities in mind. His practice areas include technology, intellectual property protection and licensing, data use, entertainment, communications and media, healthcare, banking transactions, defense security and contracting compliance, and cybersecurity.
