During her time in-house, Reasha advised on a broad range of matters, including complex corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, investment structuring, governance, and employment issues. This experience provided valuable insight into how legal strategies impact overall business objectives, allowing her to deliver solutions that are not only legally sound but also commercially effective.

In private practice, Reasha takes a pragmatic, detail-oriented approach to help clients navigate sophisticated transactions and workplace matters while managing risk and maintaining efficiency. She structures and executes transactions and designs estate planning strategies that align business growth with long-term legacy objectives, including private trust companies and registered investment advisers. By integrating her clients’ business and personal goals into her counsel, Reasha provides clear, strategic guidance on complex, often time-sensitive matters, while building long-term client relationships based on trust and collaboration.

Earlier in her career, she gained foundational experience as a legal intern with Advocates for Community Transformation, served as a judicial extern to a federal judge in the Northern District of Texas, and was a Senior Editor for the SMU Science and Technology Law Review.
