About

Sid is a dedicated intellectual property (IP) attorney assisting businesses in transforming their IP into real value. Sid designs custom IP strategies that align with business goals and bridge the gap between business strategy and IP execution.

  • Sid’s practice focuses on providing strategic counseling to clients in the fields of computer-implemented technologies, AI-driven inventions, and medical devices. Sid’s clients range from pioneering start-ups to established industry leaders. With a focus on patent portfolio development, Sid advises on freedom-to-operate assessments, patentability evaluations, and prosecution of patent applications. He also provides strategic counseling on post-grant proceedings and helping companies ensure their innovations remain secure in the face of emerging competition. His deep understanding of both legal frameworks and the technology landscape enables him to offer clear and actionable advice to protect his clients' intellectual property assets.

With a strong technical background in engineering, Sid grasps the nuances of complex technologies, which ensures that his clients' inventions are fully understood and effectively protected. He has also been instrumental in negotiating and drafting IP licensing agreements, enabling companies to commercialize their technologies while safeguarding their interests.

Sid focuses on understanding each client’s business objectives, which allows him to offer comprehensive solutions that align with their goals, making him a trusted advisor in the fast-evolving sectors of medical technology, AI, and computer-implemented inventions.
