  • Must have experience practicing in a large law firm environment (Am Law, Magic/Silver Circle, or Law360-ranked firm), boutique firms, federal and state government, or senior in-house roles.

  • Must be admitted in at least one jurisdiction

  • Have a minimum portable book commensurate with their practice
