Christine (Chris) Amrhein specializes in corporate law, complex commercial transactions, global business and legal strategy, and helping companies efficiently manage legal operations. She has over 30 years of legal and executive-level experience in multiple industries, including energy, healthcare software and technology, e-commerce, and global manufacturing.

  • Chris handles complex commercial transactions as well as general legal operations, healthcare and e-commerce processing agreements, strategic alliances, global supply, and intellectual property license agreements. She also has extensive experience counseling business colleagues on practical ways to address legal issues, launch new products and services globally, and implement training and compliance programs.

    Previously, Chris served as General Counsel of Advanced Emissions Solutions (now Arq, Inc. NASDAQ: ARQ) and has held legal and business leadership roles at The Timken Company, First Data and TriZetto (now Cognizant). Her wide breadth of hands-on experience gives her in-depth knowledge of the wide range of commercial and legal issues that can impact a business and solutions to address them.
