Focused on mitigating any potential harm, Rich oversees forensic investigations, coordinates with IT, evaluates notification obligations to impacted individuals, collaborates with public relation firms, helps provide access to credit monitoring services and call centers, works with data recovery and restoration firms, assists with regulatory disclosures and provides guidance to clients to limit the likelihood of a third-party claim.
