An experienced litigator, Rachel has spent her career representing clients in state and federal courts. As a member of the Cyber-Risk, Privacy, and Data Security practice group, Rachel has represented clients in an array of data privacy litigation, achieving dismissals on both legal and factual grounds, as well as working to achieve favorable resolutions outside the courtroom.
