Prior to Pierson Ferdinand, Ms. Elosiebo was Counsel at WilmerHale. Before that, she was a business law associate at another firm in New York. While there, she had a broad-based corporate practice and handled early stage company and venture capital firm representations, initial public offerings, growth equity, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Elosiebo was previously a summer associate at a law firm in Pennsylvania, where she worked on a wide-range of corporate and litigation matters.
