  • Defense of a major telecommunications provider in an action brought by a municipality involving the use of its borough-wide utility infrastructure under the terms of a century-old contract.

  • Representing a National Hockey League (NHL) star winger in a contract dispute with his former agent.

  • Representing a foreign investment group in the formation of a general partnership, and the acquisition, conversion, and redevelopment of two hotels to multifamily apartment complexes.

  • Securing a pre-litigation six-figure payout on behalf of a New York-based commercial real estate holding company from a national franchise tenant for several years of unpaid common area maintenance and property tax charges.

  • Representing a real estate fund in the acquisition, financing, and rehabilitation of two mixed commercial spaces in Montgomery County, PA.

  • Representing a developer’s interests in a joint venture acquisition and redevelopment of a shopping mall and conversion to a Town Center.

  • On behalf of a Philadelphia-based property holding company with a national footprint, overturning on appeal a trial court’s decision to recognize a tenant’s forged military documents as a basis to withhold rent for a period of over a year.

  • Obtaining and collecting on a six-figure judgment on behalf of a commercial real estate landlord against a large-name restaurateur tenant.

  • Successfully defeating a neighborhood registered community organization’s objections to a developer’s construction project, which was approved by the Philadelphia Zoning Hearing Board, which was then appealed to the Court of Common Pleas and then to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.

  • Obtaining dismissal of claims brought against a national vending corporation and its employee for alleged violations of a covenant not to compete.

  • Securing a favorable, confidential settlement on behalf of a general contractor in a failure to disclose and construction defect claim brought by third party purchaser of an investment property.

  • Litigating and securing a confidential settlement on behalf of a religious corporation in an action against a roofing contractor for negligence and substandard workmanship.

  • Successfully defending a New Jersey Real Estate Commission’s action to revoke a real estate broker’s license.
