He is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust security policies, risk management frameworks, and incident response protocols. Landon oversees compliance with the firm’s security processes, conducts security assessments, and guides the firm through complex cybersecurity challenges. Working closely with partners and vendors, he proactively identifies vulnerabilities, mitigates risks, and responds to emerging threats, ensuring that both client and firm data remain secure in an evolving digital landscape. Landon’s unique combination of legal expertise and cybersecurity leadership enables him to deliver comprehensive, forward-thinking solutions that address the ever-changing needs of today’s complex business and technology environment.
Landon Speights served as Pierson Ferdinand’s Managing Partner for the first two years of the firm’s existence, playing a pivotal role in establishing many of the foundational systems and departments that support the firm’s ongoing operations. During this period, Landon was instrumental in shaping the firm’s strategic direction, operational infrastructure, and organizational culture. After successfully building and implementing these core systems, Landon rotated off the Managing Partner role on July 1, 2025.
In addition to these leadership responsibilities, Landon also served as Co-Global General Counsel, providing critical legal oversight and guidance on a wide range of matters affecting the firm.
