Vince’s practice focuses on business litigation, including matters involving contractual disputes, licensing, franchises, shareholder derivative and ownership disputes, corporate governance disputes, commercial real estate, commercial landlords/tenants, and other complex commercial disputes. Vince also has significant experience in intellectual property litigation, including patent, copyright and trademark infringement matters as well as franchise, trade secret and covenant-not-to-compete matters. He has first-chair trial experience and has represented a wide range of clients in complex litigation matters in both federal and state courts, as well as in various arbitrations across the United States.
