Julia has served her clients both as outside counsel and in-house counsel on corporate law and business transactions ranging from mergers and acquisitions, review and preparation of commercial contracts, business formation and corporate governance matters, and arrangements among equity owners. Her clients have included private equity investors, early stage and middle market companies, and entrepreneurs.

Prior to joining Pierson Ferdinand, Julia served as Associate General Counsel and Vice President of Women’s Care, an OB-GYN platform with locations across four states, where she led the closing of 12 acquisitions in Florida and Arizona and advised executive leadership on corporate and operational matters. Prior to Women’s Care she served as Senior Counsel at The IRONMAN Group where she provided legal and business advice to IRONMAN’s global partnerships and operations teams. Prior to her in-house counsel roles, Julia was a partner at Trenam Law.
