    • Led internal efforts on $1.2 billion in business combinations and corporate transactions.

    • Managed regulatory approvals for a nationwide pharmacy divestiture and facilitated the commercial execution of a digital health platform, generating $240 million in proceeds.

    • Oversaw corporate compliance, regulatory reporting, and commercial agreements across a global enterprise.

    • Partnered with technology teams to develop data-driven healthcare solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.

    • Developed litigation and risk management strategies, working with executives and external counsel to minimize liability.

Benjamin has also worked in private practice, advising healthcare providers, corporate entities, and financial institutions on corporate governance, regulatory matters, and strategic transactions. His experience spans mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, employment law, and commercial litigation.

At Pierson Ferdinand LLP, he counsels clients on corporate structuring, regulatory frameworks, and strategic growth initiatives. A significant portion of his practice is dedicated to behavioral healthcare providers, including multi-state treatment facilities, substance use disorder treatment centers, and digital health platforms.
