Kevin is a seasoned defense litigator with a robust track record of success in both state and federal courts, litigating complex matters nationally. Kevin has established himself as a formidable advocate for clients.
He maintains extensive experience in nursing home and assisted living litigation defending facilities against claims of negligence and regulatory violations; medical malpractice representing healthcare providers in complex malpractice suits; accounting and insurance broker malpractice defending accountants and insurance brokers, respectively, against professional liability claims, insurance; condominium association disputes assisting condominium associations in various legal conflicts; bankruptcy and estates the intricacies of bankruptcy proceedings and estate disputes; and personal injury defense.

Kevin is known for his practical, result-oriented, and proactive approach, designed to minimize potential exposure for his clients and drive the case to logical conclusion. By driving a highly informed and ongoing comprehensive risk assessment, Kevin seeks to achieve, where possible, early dismissals or settlements, thereby reducing the time and cost associated with prolonged litigation.
Kevin graduated from Drexel University in 2010, with a bachelor's degree in Entertainment and Arts Management with a focus on film production. He attended Rutgers University School of Law Camden, graduating in 2014. During law school, he earned distinction for outstanding service in pro bono matters, having worked on the law school's 501(c)(3) pro bono project, its income tax assistance program, and volunteered for Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
Prior to joining Pierson Ferdinand, Kevin was an Associate at GRSM. Before that, Kevin was an associate at another defense firm, an estate litigation firm and a large national bankruptcy firm. During one period, he resided in India overseeing operations for the bankruptcy firm.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, playing music, and DIY home renovations.
