Lloyd is a Litigation partner at Pierson Ferdinand, and has substantial experience in government affairs, transnational matters and litigation, appellate practice, class action defense, Chapter 15 bankruptcies, FCPA and internal investigations, and monitoring compliance with the Annunzio-Wylie Anti-Money Laundering Act.

  • He has counseled overseas companies and foreign nationals across a broad range of matters. His practice has recently involved clients in Southeast Asia and the Pacific.

    As part of his government affairs experience, Lloyd has advised clients with regard to OFAC sanctions, prepared witnesses for congressional hearings, and assisted public relations efforts. He also been engaged with candidates, corporations and non-profits, and is the principal and founder of a legal support and research firm.

    Previously, Lloyd served as Counselor to the US Attorney General, Civil Division, and as Policy Counsel in the Office of the President-Elect.

    For the past eight years, he has been a regular contributor to a major publication.
