In addition, Weatherly has represented both emerging companies and venture funds in venture financing deals, PE funds and corporate clients in acquisitions, and other corporate and individual clients across a range of complex corporate and contractual matters, from a framework agreement setting forth sponsorship terms for a UNCHR-sanctioned global index to international renewable energy facility refinancings to lecturing clients on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

In addition to practicing law, Weatherly has also worked as a trading analyst, an investment banking analyst, a generalist management consultant, and a professor.
