Collaborating closely with tax and transfer pricing advisors on the drafting, implementation, and ongoing management of intercompany agreements and in associated areas such as supply chain restructuring, debt simplification, and corporate reorganization, Leiza has built a unique and market-leading international practice that delivers comprehensive and effective legal solutions to an industry-diverse and global client base.

Beyond her immediate practice, Leiza is a recognized international speaker, regularly presenting at conferences and delivering workshops and webinars to legal, tax, and compliance professionals worldwide. She was shortlisted for the Transfer Pricing Lawyer of the Year at the Women in Business Law Awards EMEA 2023 and was a leading Partner in the in the UK team which was shortlisted as “Boutique Law Firm of the Year” in 2021, and which won the Law Society award for “Excellence in Legal Services” in 2020 and the Lexis Nexis award for “International Law Firm of the Year” in 2023.
