Andrew has 32 years experience and concentrates his practice in the areas of general corporate, energy, and technology. His legal expertise includes energy, intellectual property, complex international contracts, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate formations, partnerships, joint ventures, risk management, human resources and other general corporate matters.

  • Prior to establishing a private practice, he was General Counsel for a multinational software provider and a telecommunication company. He served as Internal Counsel in London and Dubai for several years.

    Andrew graduated from Louisiana State University in 1987, and earned a J.D. at Loyola University in 1992. While at LSU, he served as a Corporal in the U.S. Marine Reserves. Mr. Webster is a member of the State Bar of Texas, was admitted to the State Bar of Louisiana, and is Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales. Andrew is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and the Southern District of Texas.
