About

Daniel has a broad commercial litigation practice with specialisms in contractual, fund, partnership, and shareholder disputes, negligence claims, crypto disputes, and white-collar crime, as well as regulatory disputes and corporate insolvency.

  • Daniel’s practice focuses on complex multi-party international disputes often with a financial markets or regulatory element. He has extensive experience of injunctions and related relief, often involving multiple jurisdictions. He has litigated at all levels of the English courts and in the Privy Counsel.

    In addition to England and Wales, Daniel has been admitted in the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands and Bermuda.
