Sanford has over twenty-five years of experience working with employers and individuals on immigration matters. Over the course of his immigration career he has worked with individuals applying for EB1 immigrant visas to publicly traded companies requiring the development of immigration policies, compliance protocols including I-9 and E-Verify, and obtaining non-immigrant and immigrant visas for employees and their families.

  • Sanford has experience assisting employers and individuals in obtaining non-immigrant visas such as E-2, E-3, H1B, L1, O1, P1, and TN. He is knowledgeable on the gamut of non-immigrant visa categories. Furthermore, he develops customized strategies for immigrant visa processing for EB1 immigrants, EB2 and EB3. He is proficient with the PERM system and he regularly advises employers on the best way to navigate the system. In addition to employment based immigration work, Sanford handles immediate relative immigrant petitions and Naturalization cases.
