About

Julie advises employers regarding compliance with state, federal, and local laws governing the employment relationship, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, protected leave, reasonable accommodations, labor relations, as well as non-compete, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements. Julie also represents employers accused of non-compliance with such workplace requirements before state and federal courts, arbitrators, administrative agencies, and mediators.

  • Julie’s previous experience representing employees, unions, and employers, as well as having served as a neutral adjudicator, has provided her with a broad perspective on labor and employment matters and the ability to develop creative solutions.
