Connor advises buy and sell-side clients on complex mergers & acquisitions and corporate matters across technology, CPG, energy, healthcare, and home services. Additionally, Connor supports founders and startups focused on emerging technologies and is general counsel to numerous closely held businesses.

  • Connor has a keen understanding of the intricacies involved in business and law, and clients appreciate his sharp instincts and strategic thinking as he guides them through dynamic, growth-focused transactions.

    Before joining Pierson Ferdinand, Connor was a Partner at Fortis Law Partners LLC. Prior to that, Connor worked at a firm in Milwaukee where he provided strategic business and legal advice to growth-focused organizations, Fortune 500 companies, investment funds and privately held companies.

    Connor also serves on the nominating and governance committees of the Board of Directors of US Speedskating, the U.S. and International Olympic Committee recognized governing body of the sport of speedskating in the United States.
