About
Len Fisher’s practice focuses on providing counsel to organizations who have experienced a data privacy and security incident and pre-incident counseling services. Len applies his expertise every day in assisting clients with ransomware attacks, business email compromises, wire transfer fraud, unauthorized access events, and third party events. When an incident has occurred, Len assists in determining the nature and scope of the incident, while also identifying potentially impacted populations. He then advises the organization on the applicability of state, federal international data privacy laws, and industry regulations, and in every incident response, works diligently with the organization to ensure proper compliance with individual notification requirements, proper disclosure to impacted populations and preservation of institutional goodwill. Len also regularly assists organizations in preparing for potential incidents by planning and hosting tabletop exercises.
