Mr. Walker’s practice includes representing creditor and debtor clients in bankruptcy, pre-bankruptcy workouts, real estate foreclosures, dispositions of collateral under the Uniform Commercial Code and all related litigation.

His creditor representations include lending institutions, utility companies, real estate companies, and other secured and unsecured lenders. His debtor representations include a major health care company, a supermarket chain, and the largest auto-hauling company in North America. Mr. Walker’s practice also includes representing purchasers of assets and businesses as going concerns both inside and outside of the bankruptcy process. In addition, Mr. Walker represents clients in general commercial litigation matters with a primary focus on lending litigation, collections and similar matters. Mr. Walker also serves as national bankruptcy counsel for a major utility company; in such role, he manages all bankruptcy cases and related litigation across the United States for the client. Previously, Mr. Walker clerked for U.S. Bankruptcy Judge James D. Walker, Jr. (M.D. Ga.). He received his Bachelor of Arts degree (major: political science / minor: economics) from The George Washington University in 1991. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane Law School in 1995, graduating cum laude.
