In addition, Jarrod assists with matters involving state and federal insurance compliance and regulatory issues, advocates for clients with state and federal agencies, and provides support for legislative advocacy efforts.
Prior to joining Pierson Ferdinand LLP, Jarrod was in-house counsel for Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative and served as the chairperson of its charitable foundation. Jarrod has also held roles in legal departments of large midwestern hospitals and health systems. Prior to his legal work, Jarrod was the Executive Director of the Red Cross of Western North Dakota.
