Jarrod has experience in regulatory matters affecting various healthcare stakeholders including nonprofits, insurance providers, and healthcare operators.

  • He is well-versed in advising re. entity formations, corporate governance, 501(c)(3) exemptions, HIPAA / HITECH privacy regulations, due diligence, regulatory compliance, contract drafting / negotiation, and reimbursement discussions.

    Prior to Pierson Ferdinand, Jarrod spent over three years at Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative, one of Wisconsin’s largest individual Affordable Care Act insurers. This was preceded by a stint as a Law Clerk at Arthur Chapman Kettering Smetak & Pikala, P.A.
