Christina is a seasoned legal technology and innovation leader with over two decades of experience driving transformative change across the legal services landscape. Currently serving as the Head of Innovation and Partnerships at Pierson Ferdinand, she is focused on bringing forward thinking technology and processes to the Firm for the benefit of PierFerd Partners and clients.
Prior to joining PierFerd, Christina was the Managing Director of Corporate at LexFusion, she leads the company's Corporate Legal Operations, Commercial Transactions, and Innovation Acceleration arm, where she leverages her extensive background to bridge the gap between legal technology providers and in-house legal departments.
Christina's career is marked by a unique blend of experiences on both the vendor and corporate sides of legal operations. Her early career included pivotal roles at Pangea3, a pioneering global legal services company, and Seal Software, a leader in enterprise AI contract analytics. At these organizations, she was instrumental in driving growth and customer success, supporting their evolution from early-stage ventures to acquisition by major service and technology firms.
Transitioning to the corporate sphere, Christina took on the role of Director of Legal Innovation, Technology, and Process Improvement at Citibank. There, she established a legal innovation lab, launched the AI for Legal program, and supported the Citi Ventures team in their due diligence process for investment opportunities. Her work at Citi provided her with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in implementing legal technology solutions within large, highly regulated organizations.

This approach enables organizations to explore emerging technologies, such as generative AI, in a controlled manner, ensuring that adoption is both effective and secure.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Christina is an active contributor to the legal technology community. She frequently shares her expertise through speaking engagements and podcasts, offering insights into the evolving landscape of legal operations and technology.
