He also has significant experience in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, formation of partnerships and special purpose entities, real estate leases and purchase/sale deals, banking and financial transactions, licensing and intellectual property matters, venture capital transactions, and corporate restructuring and risk management.

He represents a diverse array of clients across several industry vertical markets, including but not limited to consumer products, technology, manufacturing, entertainment and sports media, real estate development, financial services, and start-ups.

Mr. Szuch is a proud recipient of the Evans Scholarship (1989-1993), a four-year full-scholarship to the University of Michigan, sponsored by the Western Golf Association – Evans Scholars Foundation. He served as a Director of the WGA-ESF (2007-2018) to support fundraising and development activities, and currently serves as Director Emeritus (2019-present).
