Firm nearly doubles its Partner ranks in under two years, marking another major growth landmark

New York, NY – August 20, 2025 – Pierson Ferdinand LLP (“PierFerd” or the “Firm”), one of the world’s fastest-growing law firms, celebrates reaching the milestone of 250 Partners, following a wave of senior appointments.
17 experienced Partners joined during June and July across the Firm’s Corporate, Data Privacy, Employment, Healthcare, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Real Estate, and Securities Practices. The additions mark a near doubling of Partner headcount since the Firm’s launch in January 2024, underscoring the strength of the model, the appeal of its modern approach to legal practice, and the Firm’s commitment to building a collaborative, client-led platform.
The Firm also announced the formation of a Latin America (“LATAM”) Practice earlier this summer, strengthening its offering to LATAM clients requiring counsel or litigation services on cross-border matters in the U.S. and U.K. while leveraging Partners’ deep relationships with top-tier local counsel. In parallel, the Firm expanded into Arizona, reflecting growing demand in the region.
