The Practice will assist LATAM clients on their most important transactions and disputes involvingarising in the U.S. and U.K. Firm Partners have broad and deep knowledge in a wide range of practices, including complex M&A; project finance and development; privatizations; capital markets; restructuring; trade and sanctions compliance; regulatory issues, enforcement actions, litigation, and arbitration proceedings.
The Practice will be chaired by Yine Rodríguez Pérez, a Partner and a recognized leader in complex international arbitrations, primarily in LATAM.
