Full-service offering in Phoenix opens with multiple Partners – including new Litigation Partner, David A. Timchak – ahead of further extensive recruitment

The firm will formally enter the Arizona market with five Partners, and further partner appointments are to follow.
Partners in Arizona will operate across PierFerd’s Corporate and Litigation Departments, servicing clients in various industries. They will also collaborate closely with PierFerd Partners in other jurisdictions across the U.S. and U.K. – providing high-quality legal services to clients across geographies.

David focuses on appellate and complex litigation, bringing substantial experience in handling high-stakes appeals and special actions across constitutional claims, statutory and administrative law interpretation, tort claims, contract disputes, and real property disputes.
He joins PierFerd from a leading litigation practice and has been actively involved in key appellate cases across multiple jurisdictions. David is also deeply committed to pro bono work, serving on the American Bar Association Council of Appellate Lawyers Pro Bono Committee and as a cooperating attorney with the Electronic Frontier Foundation.
David is admitted to practice in Arizona, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
