Our real estate services include purchase and sale transactions, including the acquisition and consolidation of fee simple interests in undeveloped land or developed projects, as well as the sale and purchase of joint venture interests, LLC memberships, and other partnership/membership interests; real estate development, covering every aspect of the development process, from due diligence and land acquisition through financing, construction, leasing, and disposition phases. We also specialize in structuring and drafting operating, shareholder, and partnership agreements for ownership and management, as well as the formation of LLCs; commercial leasing, representing landlords, tenants, and management companies in leasing and managing various types of commercial properties; real estate financing and refinancing, offering financing solutions for all transaction types, ranging from acquisition and construction loans to refinancing and workouts; hospitality, assisting owners, management companies, and franchisors in acquiring, developing, managing, and branding hotel properties, and also drafting and negotiating of related purchase and sale, management, franchising, financing, and joint venture agreements; and corporate and securities, facilitating the transfer of real estate in acquisitions and divestitures of public and private companies, also performing due diligence for private securities offerings.
