Cherish De la Cruz joins in Atlanta, Georgia as a Partner in the Corporate Department, bringing over 20 years’ experience focusing on estate planning, probate, and small business law. She advises families, fiduciaries, and entrepreneurs on asset protection and legacy planning and supports enterprises through sophisticated planning, strategic counsel, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Prior to joining PierFerd, Cherish was a Managing Attorney of The Manely Firm, P.C. Previously, she was a Partner of Burkhalter Law, LLC, De la Cruz Law, LLC, and Masseoud, De la Cruz & Ayala, LLC. Cherish earned a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Western Ontario and a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law. She is admitted to practice in Florida and Georgia.
Lloyd Green joins in New York as a Partner in the Litigation Department, bringing substantial experience focusing on government affairs and complex litigation. He has counseled overseas companies and foreign nationals across a broad range of matters and forums. Previously, Lloyd served as Counselor to the United States Attorney General, Civil Division, and as Policy Counsel in the Office of the President-Elect.
Prior to joining PierFerd, Lloyd practiced at Otterbourg P.C. He earned an A.B., magna cum laude, from Columbia University in the City of New York and a J.D. from Cornell Law School. Lloyd is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York.
Jean Shieh Wong joins in Austin, Texas as a Partner in the Corporate Department, bringing extensive experience focusing on business law and corporate transactions. Specifically, she advises clients on M&A, private equity transactions, general contracts, and business formation matters involving corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships.
Prior to joining PierFerd, Jean was Of Counsel at Daniels & Tredennick PLLC and G. Ortega Law, PLLC. Jean earned a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Texas.
