Pierson Ferdinand Expands Real Estate Practice with Appointment of Marian Lalonde as Partner
Brings vast experience in complex real estate transactions across multiple industries
Dallas, TX – March 3, 2025 – Pierson Ferdinand LLP (“PierFerd”), one of the world’s fastest-growing law firms renowned for its commitment to client service excellence and innovation, announces the appointment of Marian C. LaLonde as Partner.
A highly accomplished real estate attorney, Marian brings extensive experience advising clients in the mining, natural resources, manufacturing, and energy sectors (both conventional and renewable), with a particular focus on utility scale solar developments and hard rock mining. Marian also counsels nonprofit entities on tax-exempt status and compliance, donor relations and risk management.
Her practice covers various aspects of real estate and business transactions, including project development on private, federal, tribal and school lands. She also counsels clients on permitting and licensing, land use, title review and curatives, rights of way, joint ownership and development agreements, commercial leasing and purchase and sale agreements.
Prior to joining PierFerd, Marian was a Director at Am Law 200 firm Fennemore Craig, P.C., where she advised clients on complex real estate transactions and regulatory matters. Previously, she was a Partner at Quarles & Brady LLP, preceded by experience as a Shareholder and Associate at DeConcini McDonald Yetwin & Lacy, P.C.
She joins PierFerd’s Dallas office as the latest addition to its growing Real Estate practice, co-chaired by Cammi R. Jones and James Spitzer.

She holds a J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, and a B.S. in Agricultural Education from the University of Arizona College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
