Jeff’s extensive M&A, private equity, and corporate finance experience enhances PierFerd’s corporate law capabilities

Jeff’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border transactions, representing major corporations and private equity firms in M&A transactions, joint ventures, equity investments, restructurings, related party transactions, and corporate finance. He also advises clients on corporate governance, activism, and fiduciary duty matters.
During Jeff’s 20+ year career, he has advised clients on transactions with an aggregate value in excess of US$195 billion. Jeff’s clients cross a wide variety of industries, including healthcare and pharmaceuticals, financial services, technology, telecoms, energy, transportation, manufacturing, and media.
Jeff arrives from Foley & Lardner LLP. Previously he was a partner at Am Law 100 peers Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Jones Day, and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.
