Pierson Ferdinand Continues Rapid Growth with Four Partner Appointments

New arrivals bolster capabilities in key practice areas - Litigation, Cyber, Privacy & Technology, Finance, and Insurance

New York, NY – May 29, 2025 – Pierson Ferdinand LLP (“PierFerd” or the “Firm”), one of the world’s fastest-growing law firms, announces the appointment of four new Partners across the Firm’s Cyber, Privacy & Technology, Real Estate, Litigation, and Insurance practices.

The arrivals emphasize PierFerd’s ability to recruit highly skilled, sophisticated attorneys from established peers - attracted by the Firm’s unique tech-driven, full-service model.

Priscilla O. Arthus joins the Firm in Houston, Texas. She focuses her practice on commercial lending, private credit, direct lending, real estate finance, and energy transactions. With over 12 years of experience, including more than a decade advising both lender and borrower-side transactions at top law firms and through a secondment at The Bank of America Corporation, Priscilla brings a deep understanding of credit markets and complex financing structures.

Prior to joining PierFerd, Priscilla was a Partner at Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli. She began her career at Deloitte & Touche, served as a judicial law clerk, and held roles at several Am Law 100 firms, including Sidley Austin LLP and Reed Smith LLP. She is licensed to practice in Texas and New York, and she holds a B.S. and M.Acc. from the University of South Florida and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Nicole Llopis joins the Firm in Florida from Am Law 200 peer - Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP. Nicole has broad civil litigation pedigree, with experience in insurance matters such as premises liability, automobile defense, and general liability.

A graduate of Florida International University (B.A.) and the University of Miami School of Law (J.D.), Nicole will be instrumental as the Firm continues to service the diverse insurance and liability needs of clients across the U.S.

Thomas (Tom) J. O’Grady joins as a Partner in Princeton, New Jersey, focusing on commercial and product litigation. With experience handling complex matters across general liability, insurance defense, and commercial disputes, Tom will add depth to the Firm’s bench in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Previously at civil litigation firms, Goldberg Segalla LLP, and Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C., Tom holds a B.S. from the University of Scranton and a J.D. from Penn State Dickinson School of Law.

Tom C. Vincent II strengthens the thriving Cyber, Privacy & Technology and Banking and Financial Services Practices, bringing decades of in-house and outside counsel experience on data security and financial services compliance matters. Tom advises financial institutions, consulting firms, and technology companies, drawing on his deep experience to guide clients on complex state, federal, and international compliance requirements. He joins from full-service law firm – GableGotwals, and will be affiliated with PierFerd’s Washington D.C. offering.

Tom holds a B.S. from Southern Methodist University and a J.D. from Washington and Lee University. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Cyber Security Law and Policy at The University of Tulsa College of Law, and holds both the Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States and Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager certifications – recognitions of his hands-on experience in those fields.
