Yine Rodríguez Pérez Named Among Latin America’s Top 100 Female Lawyers by Latinvex
Miami, FL – October 8, 2025 – Pierson Ferdinand LLP (“PierFerd” or the “Firm”) is proud to announce that Partner and Chair of PierFerd’s Latin America Practice, Yine Rodríguez Pérez, has been recognized among Latinvex’s “Latin America’s Top 100 Female Lawyers” for 2025.
The Latinvex annual ranking honors the leading female lawyers advising on Latin American matters across international law firms based in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. The 2025 edition marks the publication’s 13th annual list, recognizing attorneys for their outstanding track record on major matters, prominence in the region, and acknowledgment by third-party rankings such as Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.
Yine leads Pierson Ferdinand’s Latin America Practice, maintaining a presence in both Miami and Austin. She brings more than 13 years’ experience representing clients, including sovereign states and state-owned entities, in complex international arbitrations throughout Latin America. Across her career, Yine has represented clients before the International Chamber of Commerce, the American Arbitration Association, and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), as well as related post-arbitration litigation in U.S. federal courts.
Yine’s recent work includes representing a Latin American sovereign state in multiple high-profile ICSID arbitrations involving claims totaling several hundred million dollars, arising from disputes related to environmental protection measures, real estate development, and financial regulation.
