Venture Capital Attorney - Will Parker - Joins Pierson Ferdinand in London, as Partner

Will is the latest addition to the Corporate Department in PierFerd’s thriving London office, launched in July last year. He joins from Sheridans, where he was a Partner, with his career also including roles at Edwin Coe LLP and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
Focusing on venture capital and emerging companies, Will helps fast-growing companies, entrepreneurs and early-stage investors navigate a wide variety of corporate transactions.
Will is recognized by the Legal500 in venture capital, has represented many groundbreaking UK start-ups, and regularly advises some of Europe’s leading venture capital firms. His clients operate in various sectors including technology and innovation sectors, sports, and entertainment.
With a background in general corporate law, Will also advises companies on M&A, group reorganizations, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.
Will obtained his LPC from The College of Law, Guildford, and graduated with a BA from Durham University.
