Pierson Ferdinand Adds Seasoned Patent Prosecutor to Thriving Intellectual Property Department
Daniel Rose brings specialist IP experience in innovative technologies, such as AI and blockchain
Boston, MA – October 31, 2024 – Pierson Ferdinand LLP (“PierFerd”), one of the world’s fastest-growing law firms, announces the appointment of Daniel Rose as Partner.
Daniel arrives after two years at Volpe Koenig, having previously spent over a decade at Foley & Lardner, LLP where he was a Partner. Licensed to practice in Massachusetts, his arrival bolsters PierFerd’s intellectual property (“IP”) and patent expertise.

Daniel joins PierFerd’s world-class IP Department – led by Christopher R. Kinkade and Naira Simmons – with a remit to expand PierFerd’s IP offering in rapidly developing technological fields such as AI, blockchain, and cybersecurity.
