Eric brings a decade of experience advising clients on complex business, commercial, and real estate litigation matters, with a focus on the strategically important Philadelphia market - one of PierFerd’s largest outside New York.
He joins PierFerd from Silverang, Rosenzweig & Haltzman LLC, where he was a Partner.
Renowned for his entrepreneurial approach and practical counsel, Eric has acted for clients across varied real estate disputes, debt recovery matters, and community association issues. His appointment will help drive continued growth of PierFerd’s real estate litigation group - a high priority area for the firm - and its ability to assist clients navigating disputes in competitive, fast-moving real estate markets such as Philadelphia.
