Christina will develop and execute PierFerd’s innovation strategy; focusing on technology development, strategic partnerships, and a data-driven approach to billing practices – enabling PierFerd’s 200+ Partners to continue delivering the highest quality legal service across every stage of representation.
She joins PierFerd with an impressive track record in innovation and business development, having held leadership roles at Citi, IBM, Thomson Reuters, and Seal Software. Across her career she has offered a visionary approach to championing disruptive ideas and technology innovations across the legal sector – aligning with PierFerd’s operating model and ethos.

Christina’s appointment at PierFerd reinforces its ongoing commitment to leading technological innovation within the legal sector. PierFerd collaborates with its clients to ensure the use of GenAI technology aligns with their risk and controls framework.
She will be based in Florida and report to PierFerd’s C-Suite, led by Co-Chairmen A. Michael Pierson and Joel M. Ferdinand.
