Privacy Tech E&O Litigator
Location: Open to any US location - CA, IL, TX preferred
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Experience representing clients in complex litigation involving data privacy, cyber security, and technology errors and omissions (E&O)
Senior-level knowledge of privacy laws, technology transactions, cybersecurity incidents, and professional liability
Strong litigation background, experience with regulatory investigations, and the ability to advise clients on risk mitigation strategies in the rapidly evolving landscape of privacy and technology law
Prior experience at an AmLaw 200, Law360 400, respected regional or sophisticated boutique firm (7 years out or more)
A portable book of $350K is preferred, but not required
Construction Litigator (Design Professional Clients)
Location: Open to any US location - Pacific Northwest preferred
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Construction law experience representing design professionals (architects, engineers, surveyors, etc.) against claims of professional negligence
Litigation generally involves contract claims over design changes alleged to have caused additional cost and/or delay in schedule, with some construction defect and bodily injury/wrongful death
Mix of pre-trial workup (substantive/contentious motion practice/discovery, working closely with expert witnesses) and trial experience (federal, state, or tribal court, and/or arbitration)

Experience working with insurance carriers and coverage experience is a plus

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to support a busy practice with a focus on high-quality case management and litigation support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-directed, and adept at managing multiple deadlines in a fully remote environment. This role requires substantial experience preparing medical chronologies, drafting litigation documents, and coordinating with counsel, expert witnesses, and third parties.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing comprehensive medical chronologies and summaries, including organizing and analyzing medical records, identifying gaps, and noting key providers, diagnoses, treatments, and timelines.
Preparing various pleadings, including but not limited to notices, stipulations, motions, proposed orders, and supporting exhibits, with careful attention to local rules and filing requirements.
Drafting written discovery responses and requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission; coordinating document productions and privilege logs.
Drafting and pursuing HIPAA-compliant authorizations and medical record requests; tracking requests, following up with providers, and maintaining detailed retrieval logs.
Managing complex calendaring for litigators, including discovery deadlines, court appearances, motion schedules, expert disclosures, and deposition dates, with proactive deadline monitoring.
Setting up and coordinating depositions, including witness scheduling, subpoenas, court reporters, videographers, exhibits, and remote platform logistics.
Communicating with expert witnesses regarding engagement, document exchange, scheduling, fee arrangements, and report timelines; assisting with expert files and disclosures.
Assisting with case intake, matter organization, and e-filing in state and federal courts; maintaining accurate, current case files and databases.
Supporting trial preparation, including exhibit lists, witness lists, binders, demonstratives, and trial logistics as needed.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of paralegal experience in a litigation-focused role.
Demonstrated experience preparing medical chronologies and handling medical record retrieval under HIPAA.
Strong drafting skills for pleadings and discovery, with excellent grammar, clarity, and attention to detail.
Exceptional proofreading and cite-checking skills; able to identify inconsistencies, formatting issues, and typographical errors.
Proficiency with court e-filing systems and familiarity with local, state, and federal rules.
Proven ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Experience scheduling and supporting depositions and working directly with expert witnesses.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and client-service orientation.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting with reliable technology and internet access.
Work Environment and Schedule
Fully remote position with occasional possible overtime (upon prior written approval) based on case deadlines.
Must be able to manage workload across multiple matters and jurisdictions.
Compensation and benefits for this remote Paralegal position
Base pay range: $60,000-$80,000 per year
Other compensation: This role is eligible for a performance-based annual discretionary bonus.

Paid time off: 15 days of paid time off annually (inclusive of vacation and sick leave) plus 11 paid holidays; and, state and local paid sick leave laws may provide additional entitlements.
