Privacy Tech E&O Litigator

Construction Litigator (Design Professional Clients)

Location: Open to any US location - Pacific Northwest preferred

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Construction law experience representing design professionals (architects, engineers, surveyors, etc.) against claims of professional negligence

  • Litigation generally involves contract claims over design changes alleged to have caused additional cost and/or delay in schedule, with some construction defect and bodily injury/wrongful death​

  • Mix of pre-trial workup (substantive/contentious motion practice/discovery, working closely with expert witnesses) and trial experience (federal, state, or tribal court, and/or arbitration)

Crypto/AI Transactional and Regulatory Lawyer (UK)

We seek a seasoned litigator who has deep expertise in commercial litigation and insurance defense, command of insurer billing guidelines, and a demonstrated record in high-stakes litigation.

  • A true self-starter who takes ownership end-to-end, operates with sound judgment under pressure, and excels in high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional matters

  • Experience in privacy litigation, insurance production, legal consulting, or a closely related field is required, with a demonstrated track record of originating and managing matters involving the California Invasion of Privacy Act, particularly court actions brought under Penal Code Section 637.2. Experience handling class action litigation, mass arbitration, or multi-plaintiff CIPA matters is strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, and a deep understanding of digital technologies—including cookies, tracking technologies, chatbot platforms, and session replay tools—given the nature of modern CIPA litigation.

Cyber Incident Response Partner

Location: Open to any US location - West Coast preferred

Pierson Ferdinand’s Cyber, Privacy & Technology group is hiring a partner level attorney to handle incident response matters as part of our growing cyber bench. You will serve as primary outside counsel to organizations responding to ransomware, business email compromises, vendor breaches, and other data security events, working directly with cyber insurance claim professionals, digital forensics and other vendors, and clients from first call through resolution.

This is a partner role at a firm built for elite senior lawyers. A portable book of business is preferred but not required. Role Overview:

  • Lead first-party incident response matters from intake through notification and regulator engagement.

We seek a senior Employment Partner in London to act as a strategic adviser to UK-based and multinational employers on complex domestic and international employment law matters. Successful candidates bring deep technical expertise, practical guidance, strong commercial judgment, and a relationship-led approach, with the ability to guide clients through sensitive employee relations issues, cross-border projects, workforce change, and evolving employment models.

The firm operates a client-centric model in a fully remote environment with strong internal collaboration to deliver client results based on consensus and driven by partner-led teams. Physical offices are available as needed in the City of London for client meetings, and the London and US partners have opportunities for periodic in-person meetings.
