Roxanna is a global employment lawyer and regularly advises clients both in the UK and internationally. She provides strategic counsel to organisations and professionals navigating the interplay of workplace regulations across borders. She has experience across advisory, litigation and non-contentious issues.

  • Roxanna often works with organisations to anticipate risk and implement practical and sustainable solutions that strengthen legal compliance, people strategy and workplace dynamic. She has particular expertise across the financial services (banking and insurance) sector with experience in:

    • Disputes: managing employment and commercial related disputes (tribunal and high-court).

    • Confidentiality and competition: advising organisations on safeguarding business interests by setting up retention practices and protecting confidential information through non-compete, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements and enforcing post termination restrictions in employee competition matters.

    • Employee relations: Handling delicate workplace issues, including grievances, disciplinary processes, performance concerns, managed exits and settlement processes and claims of discrimination, harassment or unfair dismissal.

    • Corporate governance: advising boards and senior leadership on their compliance with employment law and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) requirements.

    • DEI: helping organisations cultivate sustainable and inclusive work environments through bespoke education and training programmes.

    • Investigations: managing workplace investigations processes, including allegations of misconduct, discrimination and harassment.

    • Restructuring projects: advising on complex global and domestic organisational change.

    • Global, hybrid working models and policies: supporting organisations in designing and implementing legal and regulatory compliant policy for international, remote and hybrid workforces.

    • HR organisational support: advising businesses on stages of company growth, including start-up hiring practices and policy design to mature business compliance, executive transitions and succession planning.
