Richard also supports several professional employer organisations (PEOs) and employers of record (EORs), advising them on their UK and international employment compliance strategy and other issues.

Richard is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the American Bar Association (ABA) and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and a frequent speaker on international employment law matters at conferences such as the IBA, ACC and other law firm annual conferences.
