Yine brings more than 13 years’ experience representing clients in complex international arbitrations throughout Latin America. Across her career, she has appeared before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), as well as in related post-arbitration proceedings in U.S. federal courts.
Her recent work includes representing a Latin American sovereign state in multiple high-profile ICSID arbitrations involving claims totaling several hundred million dollars, spanning disputes related to environmental protection, real estate development, and financial regulation.
