Mark S. Weinberg bolsters PierFerd’s capabilities in Real Estate, Banking and Financial Services

Mark joins PierFerd with over 30 years’ transactional experience counseling a diverse range of clients across real estate, banking, and financial services.

Notably, Mark represents developers, investors, lenders, and high-net-worth clients in the purchasing, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties. He also guides developers and investors in the acquisition, development, and financing of national commercial projects, and counsels clients in commercial lending and title insurance matters.

Mark has extensive experience advising commercial banks, private lenders, and other financial providers on mortgage financing, asset-based lending, loan modifications, and multi-lender transactions. Other areas of expertise are distressed loans procedures - including workouts, forbearance agreements, and bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings - highlighting the significant diverse value Mark brings to clients.

Mark has been recognized for four consecutive years in ‘The Best Lawyers in America’ ranking and is rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell – testament to his standing in the legal community and exceptional client service.

Joining from Taylor English Duma LLP, Mark has previously served as a shareholder and attorney at Am Law 200 firm, GrayRobinson, P.A. Prior to this he ran his own boutique firm.
