NEW YORK, January 2, 2024 — Pierson Ferdinand LLP, a technology-driven, full-service law firm, proudly announces its official launch. The firm opens in Q1 2024 with commitments from over 130 partners representing more than 80 practice areas in its corporate, litigation and intellectual property departments. Pierson Ferdinand has built the law firm of the future by embracing a distributed model and leveraging leading technology to deliver superior client solutions while allowing lawyers to practice at their highest level.
A sophisticated and experienced management team will lead the firm, including co-Chairmen A. Michael Pierson and Joel M. Ferdinand. Pierson and Ferdinand previously built an AmLaw 200 firm and have decades of experience practicing at leading law firms, and as in-house counsel for global financial institutions, government regulators, and in the health care sector.

In addition to Michael Pierson and Joel M. Ferdinand, the firm’s leadership includes: Landon Speights, Firm Managing Partner and co-General Counsel; Meredith Mendes, partner and Chief Financial Officer; and Matthew Bradley, Chief Operating Officer, Business Operations. Ferdinand will also serve as co-general counsel.
