Pierson Ferdinand Adds Experienced Commercial Litigator to Partner Roster
Scott T. Earle strengthens the Firm’s litigation bench in Wilmington and Philadelphia
New York, NY – August 26, 2026 – Pierson Ferdinand LLP (“PierFerd” or the “Firm”), one of the world’s fastest-growing law firms, welcomes commercial litigator Scott T. Earle to its Litigation Department as a Partner.
Scott joins in Wilmington, Delaware, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with more than two decades of experience primarily representing businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes. He has a separate focus on breach-of-contract disputes, real estate and title matters, and construction claims, among others.
Scott has represented clients before the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Superior Court, and other venues in the state, as well as in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Prior to joining PierFerd, Scott was a Partner of Goldberg Segalla LLP. Previously, he practiced at Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer, P.C., Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC, and Fox Rothschild LLP, and served as a Deputy Attorney General at the Delaware Department of Justice. Scott earned a B.A. from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and a J.D. from Rutgers Law School. He is admitted to practice in Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
Scott served for more than two decades in the Army National Guard and retired as a lieutenant colonel in the Delaware Army National Guard, and he is a recipient of the Bronze Star Medal for his service in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. During his military career, he also served in senior legal advisory roles, including as a Brigade Judge Advocate and Command Judge Advocate.
